The Blue and Gold Dinner

The kids were having fun decorating Bryces' cake for the Blue and Gold Banquet.

This is what Spencer looked like that night. He had a high fever and a really bad cold.

We got 16 new additions to our family this week. We got 10 more laying hens and 6 fryers. The kids are not excited about the fryers. We told them not to get attatched to them. Like that will happen. They will get to learn how animals give up their lives to feed us. We butchered the pigs a couple weeks ago and Haley cryed for about 3 hours.

Well Rob is back to work. He is back to manual labor and not complaining about it at all. We still don't know what we are doing with Gardners Trust. Rob met Dave Gardner at the John Deere store and said that he wanted Rob to work with him and be his forman over his landscaping part of his business. We still don't know all of the details of how that is going to work yet. We may get rid of the Gifford Tractor or we may not it is still up in the air. Rob did start doing jobs again because we are out of money. He rested for 2 entire months and he is improving every day.

Thank goodness for books. We read to her all day long. She loves books. You can see were her IV is in this picture. She didn't even bother it unless her medicine was wearing off. Then she started grabbing at it. The one she really didn't like was the oxegan reader that was on her other toe. She was atachted to wires all day wich was anoying to her. Thy did such a good job with the IV she didn't even bruise.

Grandma Catron made the cakes for Megan.Blow out the candles. She did it so gently that they went out nicely. There was no spit on the cake. That is some good cake.

Dallin and Brenda A lot has happened since the last time I wrote in here. Megan had her 2nd Birthday. We had a houseful. All the family around here came and our sarette grandma and grandpa Catron. It was lots of fun.Is dinner ready yet???? We are so excited to be here.

Well we made a decision to quit the business. Rob is putting in resumes all over the place so we will see were it leds us. We are going to sell all of our stuff. It is time to downsize our lives. Rob is looking for a sales type job. We are both really nervous. We have faith and hope that things will work out. We are starting a new chapter in our lives.

Well I tortured my children today. I made them help pick up the mess in my house that they put there. I totally know how my mother felt. It is like pulling their teeth out to get them to do anything. I yell way to much. Rob does too, it is not a good combination. Rob is really stressed out right know about how things are going to work out. He was awake early this morning thinking about it. I thought I would put some pictures in here that are resent. My kids are so cute.
